Finding your DREAM HOME has never been this easy!

Growing up in Toronto, my parents truly thought that they could never own a home, they thought it was completely out of reach and only for the wealthy. Imagine saying this in the '80s, and '90s, when home prices were in the $30,000 to $50,000 range. I knew that couldn't be the case, I visited many of my friend's homes and met their mothers and fathers who all worked regular jobs at factories and/or construction. I made a decision at 20 years of age, that I was going to buy a place, I just needed money, time and knowledge. At 26, I came across a 3-bedroom condo, the owner approached my father and wanted to sell it to him. My father did not want to buy it but asked me to take a look. I immediately offered the owner a price, he accepted and I drew up all the paperwork with a real estate agent and a real estate lawyer. 

Today: I have years of experience helping friends and family buying and selling their homes before I became a real estate agent. It dawned on me that with all the knowledge I had obtained, I could be helping many more with their biggest decision in life. Within a year I received my license and now I am working for one of the best brokerages around. I look forward to helping those looking to buy or sell and treating them the same way I would a close friend or family.
